Was excited to accept this project. This art direction came straight to my mind the moment I knew its a carnival theme. The grungy background contrasts with the coloured illustrations. Quite pleased with the event masthead. Looks very fun and happening ya?

I was tasked to design a logo for a food delievery stall for a friend, still not very sure where this food stall is but it mainly cateres for executives takeaways. Thus the logo was designed to have a more professional feel to it. Decision to add in detailed illustration is because there might be confusion of what Box Out is all about, in this case its clear that its dealing with food in a box.

乐乐屋 Logo Design
Recently I was asked to do a logo for my friend’s Lok Lok business. If I am not wrong, he will start his business in mid dec. Next time if you see this brand of Lok Lok, do give him some support? Most probably he will start small either in Pasam Malams or mobile mini vans. Well, he hopes to target at youngsters, so hopefully my logo will be able to attract the right crowd.
What is Lok Lok?
Lok Lok is like a steamboat / hotpot / shabu shabu with a wide range of freshfoods such as meat,seafood, fish balls, vegetables, quail eggs, etc. placed on little skewers and laid out upon a round table with a pot of boiling water as the centerpiece. Once everyone is seated around the table, they pick out their selections and dip the skewered food into the pot and wait for them to cook. After the cooking process, sauces are added to the food. The pictures are making me hungry!
